The focus of my research project is investigating machine learning and reinforcement learning techniques for robust control and modeling of dynamic physical systems. These methods are evaluated on the Rayleigh-Benard Convection, a system from fluid dynamics that describes, for example, convective fluid motions in the atmosphere.
